Gene's Salon

Recently moved to Springfield from Florida and I did not know where to get my hair cut. I stumbled across Genes Salon and decided to try it out. The lady cutting my hair was very nice and did a great job. She also gave me a discount because it was my first time there. Definitely would recommend.

I went to Genes Salon last week and could not believe the difference in the place. It was clean and had great energy. The women doing my hair did an awesome job! I have nothing but great things to say about Genes Salon and I am so glad it is under new management.

When I heard Genes Salon was under new management I decided to give it a try! I had a stylist named Cate that did an awesome job with my hair! It was a very comfortable atmosphere and I would recommend it to anyone! Thanks Genes Salon, you earned a new customer!!!!!!!!

Very spiteful person!

Do not go to this so called Salon...it is dirty, unprofessional and Marcella is the worst hair cutter I have ever experienced. When I asked her to fix the cut she gave a few days earlier, she deliberately made it worse by putting holes in my hair. I wrote a letter to Gene, the owner, but I believe he never received it.

I received a letter back that really did not address the issue or my request for my money back, but in fact only stated how she is his best stylist! The letter was not even signed by Gene but was typed.
