Virginia Tire & Auto of Cascades

I was in last week to get an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. While I was unimpressed with how long it took (over 2 hours and it wasn't a long line), I was surprised at what I saw when they changed the oil. I'd paid for synthetic oil and the tech put regular oil in, but before I could say anything, he recognized the mistake, drained the regular oil, and replaced it with the synthetic. Maybe they were slow, but I'll take slow if it means they're honest.

We always receive excellent service at Virginia Tire and Auto of Cascades. Most recently I took my car in for a Safety Inspection - I was in and out in 25 min. Staff is friendly, bathrooms are clean and there is TV to watch to pass the time.. I think the one of my biggest satisfiers occurs when I have work done that takes time (hours to 1/2 day) - they will give me a ride home and they will also come pick me up when my car is ready. That is huge. Thx!

Hector always takes excellent care of me and my cars in a professional manner. The work is always completed properly and delivered when promised.

Had an oil change and needed two light bulbs replaced. Service was professional, and when there was a small delay in finding my car key, manager waived the fees for the bulb changes without a prompt from me. Thanks, I'll be back.
