Performance Super Tune

After much debate on trying to find a good speedshop in KS I settled on Supertune Performance of Stillwell KS, I took my car in to get a Vortech supercharger installed, and a couple other mods. I sat down and told Ryan the owner what I wanted and expected to get out of the car when it was done. Well a few weeks go bye and he calls me one day and says my car caught fire on his dyno, and that it torched a good deal of the car, he said it was finished and to come get it, so I drove 100+ miles to pick it up, when I got there the car was jacked up pretty good, and he said he would make it right with me, so he started the car and it squealed so bad I couldn't hear myself think, not only that but he ran some of my gauge wires through my ashtray door lid and it would not close, so it broke too. Then I go to load it up on the flat bed trailer, and it wouldnt even go into gear, he put my car on the Dyno and ran it and tuned it without any transmission fluid in it, so he also forgot to put tranny fluid in it when he fixed the front pump seal on the trans, so he also blew my transmission in the process. Then he tells me he wants 2600.00 for the work he did, and that he would pay for the paint work on the car, it was 400.00 more than he quoted and I told him I had the 2200.00 we had agreed on. So he took it and said I would have to fit the bill on painting my hood and cowl piece which ended up costing me 600.00. Then another 1500.00 for a new transmission. Then he didn't send me my parts that he did not install back to me, he still has them. I highly recommend you find another shop to do your work because this shop tore my car up pretty good, and then I find out he was going on vacation and thats why he rushed my car out the door. All in all, I had to redo most of the work back at home, the supercharger was installed incorrectly and I had to take it off and modify the brackets to get my alternator to line up right, I had to purchase a new rearend and put it in the car as well due to him tightening the girdle too tight and frying my bearings and wiggling everything loose. So I have about another 3500.00 in the car just for the fact they could not complete the work properly, on a good note he did program my car and it is tuned very well and runs great. I give them a D rating overall.
