There was a discrepancy when we dropped off our dog for boarding. We were quoted $17.95 a day over the phone. Once we arrived, they told us that it was in fact $25.99 a day.

I was not happy about it and I should've requested to speak with the doctor. Instead the receptionist said she would talk to the doctor, which never happened. We were charged more than we thought we should've been for the exam and the boarding. The doctor sent me an email offering us a credit for the next boarding and assured us that this type of an issue wouldn't happen again. I appreciate their concession.

Worst place EVER.... overcharged on vaccinations and was given tests that my animals did not need. Service was AWFUL.... Vet was irate and angry when asking about why the charges. Do not recommend this location and owner to ANYONE....
