        Trying to get "live help" is an excercise in futility. It is a monstrosity to try and get an answer from the Post Office. It is very frustrating. I wish they would have the automated phone service supply a prompt with "for live help press two". I hated the experience. No wonder we are going down the tubes. A retired Letter Carrier concerned about a delivery confirmation package from ohio to stockbridge with no scanner trail. :(
