California Cartage Co

This company is not a good company to work with. They show a lack of consideration for all the hard work that is required to complete task. They treat their employees with an undue lack of respect. They do not want to give raises to employees that have committed themselves to the company and upper management does not make any effort to credit their better employees. Though there are regulations in place to separate California cartage staff from staffing employees, they still have the ability to witness workers performance and productivity. They need to stand out on the pay scale and this will motivate others to be more productive and perhaps stop the rapid and spontaneous firing. Management seem to have an impression that they are C.Os. Not make for a happy work enviroment.Wifey!
