Sweet & Sassy

I was very unhappy with my daughters haircut. The girl who cut her hair reeked of cigarettes and made my daughters hair completely stink!!! Then, the girl insisted my daughter needed layers, which I didn't want and she said ok, I will just do a little near the bottom. She then decided to braid my daughters hair so I really could not see the haircut. Later that night I noticed the hair was cut very short on one side and longer with longer pieces on one side! It was awful, of course if she had dried it we could of corrected it there in the store. I do not even feel they deserve one star. Also, my daughter is 4 and she was unable to watch an age appropriate show on the tv. They didnt even offer to let her watch anything except Teen Beach Movie (a show rated for older girls). I was very upset with how my daughters hair looked once I saw the hair down later that night. Overall I was very unhappy with the experience. The only thing that was nice was the atmosphere and that is why they received one star.

I had my daughters 9th birthday there. WE had the limo package, limo was about an hour late, they did throw in some extras. They stated kids would have a mani and pedi, both of which were NOT done at all. Their makeovers, where rushed and their hair wasn't even done nicely...would I have another bday party there, NEVER, would I take my daughter for the day.. NO WAY!!!!!!

sweet and sassy is an ok place but the service is not the best around. for the birthdays I would not reccomend they don't even say your kids name correctly or they forgot it. I bought the most expensive birthday for my daughter and they didn't even know that it was her birthday they thought it was her friend because she looked like she was the birthday girl so I would just say ok.
