Great service and my lawn never looked better in years of me trying other companies over and over thinking it would get better but never did until I tried these guys out. I gave them a shot and they didn't disappoint let me tell you.... service was just great and best of all pet friendly.

I've been nothing but happy with my service from Southern Green. Dave has been very helpful and is always available to answer any questions I have. Very good company and I recommend.

Southern Green turned my lawn around. Weeds are finally declining after trying other companies. When I have an issue, they come out fast, sometimes within a day or so.

I honestly don't think they even spray the yard if you aren't home. I had a couple of different experiences where I got the feeling if I hadn't come out at the right time, the guy was just going to put the bill on my door, the sign in the ground and leave without treating anything. My lawn looks just as bad now as it did 7 months ago.

ONE * is being very generous! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use their service. I wish I had read reviews before allowing this company to treat my yard. My yard DID NOT get better but rather it got WORSE! Mushrooms showed up and patches of brown hay gathered. I used their service for close to 8 months UNTIL after multiple phone calls and negations - nothing got better. I went to Home Depot and bought Scott's weed and feed and spread it around my house. MIRACULOUSLY- within 1 month - not a mushroom in sight and the grass is returning. Weeds are diminishing. I know NOTHING about lawn care - but Im pretty proud of my yard and it was Scott's weed and feed (a fraction of the cost of Southern Green of S FL service) and my due diligence in spreading the Scott's around. BEWARE - I repeat BEWARE- they are a rip off company and will not care whether you are pleased with their service or NOT. BTW: - told John I would be giving bad reviews. He could not have cared any less!

Be aware of this company! They sell you "service - $50 - each 5-6 weeks". They come each 2 weeks!!! without scheduling and charge your card without authorization. Customer service rude and impossible to talk. If you are trying to clear situation - they just close your account without ever refunding money they stole from you.

First let me start by saying I had high hopes for this company because it appeared so many of my neighbors had recently started using them. Boy was I WRONG!!! All I wanted was some weed maintenance for my lawn. I had no major issues other than that. By the end of my first month I started to notice a difference and it wasn't for the better. My weeds were thriving and my grass was turning brown in patches. I called multiple times with no response until well into my second month almost to my third I finally spoke with the manager who stated they would send someone out immediately to spot treat as I must have a fungus or a bugs. I explained how could this be if they were TREATING my lawn!!! OK...I let them come out 2 more times over 2 weeks to aggressively treat my lawn and I am now happy to say my grass is now the WORST in the neighborhood. I called to cancel my service and had to leave a message (as usual) and NOT ONE PERSON HAS CALLED Back. Please don't use this company!!

I should have read the reviews prior to starting service. This company is a sham. From the sales pitch to the performance to the customer service. I had new sod put in 6 weeks prior to their first treatment. 10 days later the sod was dead. I have called 25 times to customer service and never received a live operator. Messages go unheeded. I do not know how they stay in business. BUYERS BEWARE.

I will be reaching out to the BBB. They came to my home and offered to treat my lawn. The treatments did not seem to work and I tried to cancel my service. Each time, someone would treat my lawn and proceed to bill me. Last month I paid what I owed and noted on the bill that they were to cease treatments on my property and I would not be continuing service with them. Yesterday I received another bill. I agree with Melyssa R. Something is not right with them.

We bought into the buy 2 get 1 free deal...and were immediately dissatisfied. They had a voided check and got paid as agreed upon. Now we continue to get bills claiming we owe more $$$. We paid what we agreed on... leave us the F alone! I have faxed, emailed and still they continue....they will never get another penny from us!



Definitely STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Shady shady shady

Terrible customer service. Cancelled my monthly service after they sprayed for "chinch bugs" without my authorization - still continue to bill me for the extra spraying despite numerous calls and returning the invoices with notes on them telling them I did not authorize the additional spraying. Buyer beware!!!!
