Stewardship Dry Cleaners

HORRIBLE. After waiting 4 days for my dress to be cleaned, I went in and they couldn't "find" my dress while I waited with my baby for 30 minutes. I left then had to call since they never called me- "Oh.. yeah.. they found your dress on the floor at the plant, so they're re-cleaning it." It was still dirty when I went to pick it up. When I went to go get my dress for the third time, it was still dirty and he refused to give me my dress until I paid for it. I told him how ridiculous the customer service was at their establishment and to please call his manager/boss. He told me his boss never answers the phone. I was forced to PAY for them to not clean my garment. I immediately drove to the Dry Cleaner on N. Monroe St next to Zin ($2.85 Dry Cleaner) and they cleaned it quickly and beautifully, so I know that it was not the stains that couldn't be removed- it was because Stewardship is a terrible company who cannot get the job done right in the first place. Do NOT go to this store!
