        We've used Jim since the late 80's and he is wonderful to work with. Jim Pagliro is honest and fair! He knows appliances and will tell you when it's time to replace it rather than charging an arm and a leg to keep "junk" going.

        Jim came out to determine what was wrong with our washer. He was honest enought to tell us that the repair wasn't worth making. He recommended some more reliable models for us to consider.
