Siam Marina has the most exciting food I've ever tasted! It's the kind of place you have to keep going back again and again to try more and more dishes. The Wonton soup is delicious. It's packed with vegetables and the biggest wontons I've ever seen. The broth has so many different flavors that you can identify in it and that makes it amazing! I also love the oysters parmesan. The presentation is beautiful and the sauce on the oysters is indescribable. I'm working my way through the appetizer menu first. However on the entree menu I have had the sea bass with vegetables. The sauce the chef uses on her dishes is so unique with flavors. The food comes to the table piping hot which is something some restaurants seem to have a problem doing. The restaurant itself is beautiful. It has a cozy bar and a private room if you need it for entertaining. I highly recommend you give this restaurant a try.
