Interior (4)- Clean, well-lit, great use of overhead space. (smokers you're SOL, there are designated smoking areas but it's an exterior balcony...HOTTTTT) Plenty of smiling, pleasant waitstaff circulating the floor. Employee presence is noticeable, (4) Only reason not a 5 was that there wasn't a lot of signage at the aisle level so if you get turned around in the casino, you won't know where the restaurants are located or the parking garage. Hellene (5) was a pleasant and helpful attendant, and answered my questions cheerfully, and professionally. Kudos to the Hollywood for personnel like her! Mark was also helpful, and the security manager outside had a heck of a time keeping people from the railings of the upper level of the parking garage as it was the 4th and Toledo was definitely putting on a show! Secure parking! Bike patrolled! (5) Beware of High Stakes room. Even if the machine says a nickel, one max spin is $20! More signage, please! Lower table minimums would be nice, too!
