Popo's on 6th

Was sitting in my car, right in front, waiting for them to open at 8. The girl setting up the chairs, saw me and smiled and went back inside. At 8:00 went up to the door and ther was a sign that they weren’t opening till 9. There website said they were open. She sure could have said something while I was waiting. Thanks.
