Went into this establishment with my family to enjoy a meal.. little did we know we paid 64 dollars to be harrassed for the entire time since we were handed our food. In front of kids we werent only harassed but we were belittled, treated unfairly and Lucero the manager is the absolute worse I don't know what kind of scam this business is running but check your bank before you pay again for your meal . LUCERO came up several times while we were eating. harrasing us Over payment we were told our payment did not go through so we got onto our bank and it showed the charge went through for 64.06 which included the tip we showed them but Lucero continued to pester us so I called the bank even had the bank rep on speaker confirming to them the payment went through Lucero continued to verbal assault us and repeating enjoy your free meal and leave my establishment the bank teller could not believe what he heard and hearing Lucero screaming enjoy your free meal get out of my establishment even when the payment was verified the payment issue should of been solved when it was confirmed but Lucero continued to harass, bully and tried intimidation by trying to kick us out and threatening to call the police on paying customers who just tried to go out and enjoy family time. After 20 or more minutes of still being harrased I finally matched Luceros energy and became verbally assertive to get her to stop but she just continued to act irrational over a bill that was already paid. We didn't get to finish our meal due to the continued interruption of Lucero our food was soggy and cold I should get a refund and an apology to my family and kids as they witnessed this type off abuse for no reason. BBB complaint was filed I will take it as high as I need to until it's resolved ... you even admitted to the computer running slow or freezing ..here's a thought buy a new system that is faster so it stops freezing . You could probably buy that with the money you scam from your customers using the " our system froze and is showing your bill is still open" method...LUCERO you know what you did and there are plenty of witnesses including the call recording from the bank who heard you. I will continue to push until this is resolved
