Please DO NOT take your pets here. I brought my puppy in for a haircut and they nicked him badly and did not tell me. Later, they admitted they "forgot" to mention the cut. My dog needed surgery and stitches, which resulted in a $330 vet fee that they did not cover. Not only are they negligent, but they expressed no remorse for hurting animals. The owner, Ken Beasely, admitted to several accounts of animal negligance (badly cutting other dogs) in efforts to claim my dog's wound was not a big deal. He also bizzarely ranted about "all of the dogs he grooms biting" him and his lack of personal insurance. He had a dangerous attitude about animals. The workers also had hygiene issues (dirty clothes, sores on the arms) and the back room was alarmingly filthy. I would have never left my dog there had I noticed this. The "studio" is located in a relatively nice area, which is misleading. Please warn other dog and pet owners.

I took my other dogs previously I was satisfied with the work. I took my new dog to be groomed. I dropped him off at 7am and waiting for a phone call. No phone call I finally called. I was told that my dog was taken to a vet. His ear was cut with clippers and needed stitches. No one called and told me anything, I was told the vet billed was taken of. I see the vet bill and see $40.00 cash payment and the other portion with a credit card. When I picked my dog up they said they wrote wrong phone number down. The excuse why they didn't call. My number was on the caller Id. I was also told they don't take credit cards and take cash only. Previously, I paid with my credit card. I never had a problem when Jonathan groomed my dog. Now there are new folks who claimed to be co-owners. They never apologized and then charged me for a cut where my dog was injured. BAD SERVICE unprofessional groomers.

Great prices. But not the best place to take your dog. I dropped my dog off around 8am and got weird vibes from the place. 5 hours later I went to pick him up and the lady who brought him out to me told me how ugly my dog (Maltipoo) is. Not to mention 3 policy officers were standing inside the building. I didn't ask as to why they were there but most police don't bring a pile of paperwork asking why they haven't payed the vet bill money they owe. Its been 24 hours since he has been groomed from there and has not stopped whinning and won't even let me touch his ears. Great groomer I see.

DO NOT USE THIS GROOMER! Took dog to get groomed last week they did a terrible job all the way around. 1. Cut his nails so short the quick was showing and also cut his pad that cost us a vet visit. 2. Pee in the floor not only when I took him but also the second time I went in to make the complaint about the vet bill (two separate occasions). 3. They were so unaware of dog being a male/female they asked if we wanted bows in his hair (this was after he was cut). Over all just a terrible establishment. I don't ever write reviews but stay away from this place and be sure to tell your friends to go somewhere else too.

Under new management, also has a new name. Reasonable rates and are good with my dog.

The last time I dropped my pet off n picked him back up, they were bringing a dead rat outside putting it in the dumpster, let me remind you that rats carry diseases, please don't take you're pet there if you love them!
