Cisco Electric

I made an appointment with Francisco (510) 706-0526 and he did not show up. I made this appointment even after seeing the other review where he did not show up and failed to return the phone call. Francisco was to come to my house for an estimate. I waited 20 mintues and called him to which he told me that he was sorry and that he had gotten booked. On another site I made comments that he failed to keep his appointment and my belief that he failed to do so because he had a better opportunity. Francisco then, after I posted the comments the website that I located him, had the audacity to call me days later and challenge me on the issue. The tenor of his comments have me concerned about my well being and that of my property. Franciso was incredibly unprofessional and I simply can't believe that he called me days later to challenge me on the comments that I made. He was angry that the comments were untrue, he appeared angry that I told the truth.

When I made an appointment, I specifically told them that I had to trave to Hayward from San Jose. It takes 45 minutes to get there. Not only did he not show up, he didn't even bother to return my phone call when I called to see what happened. I'm very disappointed with contractors, like Cisco Electric, who do not know what customer service means, and are not courteous.
