Overall

came into Black bear for the first time.. found it clean and was looking forward to a great meal since checking online what they had to offer. came in gave my name and waited to be seated. 2 people were ahead of me and when 1 person came in was instantly seated i was taken aback. so i went to the hostess and was told my name was blackened out and that the next table would be mine.. went back to the lobby to sit and wait and someone else came in and was seated again.. now keep in mind its about 5-10 mins each time and again went to ask the hostess a different one now was told my name was blackened out again.. and they were sorry and if i wanted to sit at the stool.. told them i wanted a sibgle table cause there were a lot there.. wasnt really busy. after waiting 15mins at my table for someone to take my order or a drink order.. i saw waiters and waitress's talking in Spanish. i flagged one down and asked if i can get a drink and order some food. soup came with the drink and then about 1/2 way down my soup my semi cold meat loaf arrived. over all i found for a place just opening up they would be more focused on customer service. The one in California was much better but was more established then this one. maybe they need more bi-lingual people then just only Spanish speaking people working there. give them a couple of weeks to get it all in gear and come back after the holidays for a meal here. shame they dont have the same level of customer service relations as their other places.

Overall

I went to Black Bear for the first time this week and was so impressed with how the service was the first week of opening!I suggest an extra side of bacon ranch because it's delicious!! I suggest everyone go and try this place out! I'll definitely be going back soon!
