Tri County Pest Control

Over the last 50 years I have used 5 pest control services. Not being completely satisfied with the company I was using at the time, I contacted Tri County Pest Control. I arranged an evaluation of my residence and was impressed at the amount of work they offered do on a monthly basis which was considerably more than my then current service. The best part is it was 25% less per month than my current service and continues to be. I arranged for Tri County, without them knowing to come out a few days after my then current service completed their work. The amount of service they provided and have continued to provide is far superior to any of the previous pest control companies. I have since had them maintain my rental properties with efficiency and consideration of tenants. They call in advance of their appointment to let us know someone will be in the yard at a given window of time. Over the last 10 years I have only seen three technicians mainly do to the regular is on vacation.

Worst pest control in Oxnard! I scheduled an appointment with them to come spray my house twice for pest and twice they were a no show.... mind you, everything had to be taken out of the drawers and cupboards in order for the house to be sprayed. I had them spray in November with a 30 day guarantee. Well, that didn't happen! Within a week, i was noticing that the spraying didn't work, so once again, i called them back to reschedule another spraying. And once again they were a no show!!! Do not use them!!!! Worst customer service!

I had major problems with pigeons invading 2 open areas outside of my house in north Oxnard. Also, the base of the post on my front porch had dry-rot as a result of my sprinklers hitting it. I called & interviewed quite a few termite companies and got a wide range of prices - and many companies didn't deal with birds. I chose Tri-County & yesterday 2 guys came over; 1 to remove the pigeons & clean out the areas & put wire mesh on the openings. The 2nd guy repaired the base of the post - which was a bigger job than I realized. The service was the best - and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
