Vicksburg Chrysler-Plymouth-Dodge Incorporated

I purchased a 2007 Mini Cooper from this dealer last year. I was told by the sales people that the reason the check engine light was on was because the car needed an Oxygen Sensor. This was a complete lie! I called the dealer after finding out that the car had some major problems. He told me to return the car and he would send it to auction. Thus another dealer would have the same problem. I told him no as I had already invested a lot of money in the car. I decided to have it fixed. He said he would help with the costs involved needed to make it right. When I called him an told him the costs he told me that he had does his best to help. Thus NO HELP on the cost of repair which was over $1600. Motor City Mini paid for the parts I agreed to pay for the labor. This dealer did not follow through with what was promised. Beware when purchasing a vehicle at this Dealer! I learned the hard way.
