Very happy with the service that Priority Nissan provides and my Service Coordinator Roger Ponce. Easy to set up appointments and I'm always greeted and taken care of right away. I often work from the customer lounge and the Priority team is always time conscious when I'm waiting for service.

After a poor sales experience with another dealer in Richmond when attempting to buy a 2016 Pathfinder SV, we had a much better interaction with Priority Nissan of Tysons. Said Abdelilah worked with us initially, securing the model we wanted and a price we liked. He then turned us over to the capable hands of Forrest Smith to complete the transaction, all steps of which we were able to handle remotely, with the exception of the final paperwork. All of our interactions were pleasant and efficient and I would have to say this is the best car buying experience we have ever had.

I take my Nissan Altima for service and they do an excellent job.
Roger Ponce is my service agent and he always makes sure everything was complete and finished in a timely manner. I am very happy with his service and being very professional.

Have a certified 2014 Altima. Had a hood recall and an inspection. In and out very quick. Used w prior company. Newly painted, wifi in waiting room, service super and wait experience good. Recommend. (I always wait)

I was recommended by a friend to check out Priority Nissan in Tyson's and I am very glad I did. The sales person I dealt with was Milad Hazrati, and he could not of been more patient and accomdating for a first time (new car) buyer. He went through step by step the process from trading in my old car to signing the paperwork with the new one. Without question I would recommend checking this dealership out as they upheld my one and only rule, just be straight up with me, even if it's something I don't want to hear.

As a Business Trainer for a Fortune 500 Company, I train associates and managers on how to maintain customers, how to excel in customer service, and how to treat every customer who calls or walks through our front door with outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived at Rosenthal Nissan Mazda I was immediately discriminated against with a very abrupt question from sales representative, Muhammad, and he asked me as soon as I sat down in his office "What's your credit score like?" I completely understand that credit and your score has a main factor in knowing if you'll be financed in-house or through a lender, but the introduction should have been "Welcome To Rosenthal Mazda, I'm Muhammad. Are you looking for any particular car/model, etc. today?" I wanted to get up and walk away at that very moment because I knew that my experience with this sales rep wasn't going to go well. He wanted to run my credit before showing me any cars on the lot and I found this to also be discriminating.



I had to inquire if I could test drive the Mazda 3 S and finally Muhammad allowed me to test drive the vehicle while he rode along with me. He was so bossy and constantly saying "Turn right here! Go left! Go Faster- while in a 25 mile per hour street." This was not what I had expected from a test drive; for I saw other people there who took a car out for a test drive and no one had to accompany them. Upon our return to the dealership Muhammad was informed by the Finance Manager that no bank would finance me and the only thing that they could do for me is put me into a Mazda 2 through their financing program. "I thought to myself how could that be when my bank had just approved me for Financing the day before?" I asked Muhammad if he could have the finance manager contact my bank, but he continued to say "Look, no bank approved you. There's nothing else I can do for you." I told him that I refused to purchase a Mazda 2 S when I was just approved by my bank 1 day before for a Mazda 3 S vehicle. He put his hands up and said "Listen, there's nothing else we can do for you so just take the Mazda S2, make payments on time, and come back in 6 months and trade it in for the Mazda S3. I politely asked him where the waiting area was and he showed me. I called another Mazda Dealership in the area who picked me up from this horrible dealership.



Within 2 hours of being at the other Mazda Dealership in which I was provided with exceptional customer service, I drove off of the lot with the car I wanted, a Mazda 3 S.



I would never recommend anyone to this dealership if you're a first time car buyer like myself and/or your credit score is not in the high 600's or above. I understand that they are used to catering to customers with high credit sores because it's in Tyson's Corner and there's money in that area, but they should treat everyone with respect no matter what your credit score is. There's a right way to tell someone "No" and Muhammad's way was an unpleasant one. The Finance Manager, however, was very nice and I regret not obtaining his name, but the sales representative, Muhummad, was very nasty and abrupt. Please note that I am writing this review based off of my experience with Muhammad and can not speak for other sales reps at this location; I'm sure they're all not like Muhammad, however 1 employee can impact a customer's decision in conducting future business with that company and based off of that 1 experience I would never return or refer any of my friends or co-workers.
