Longer wait than the hour they said, (It was a Friday night), Gave us Fettucinni instead of Linguine, forgot part of the order even after I asked if the specific items were in the bags, some of it sat so long on the counter that condensation had formed and made a mess. And anything with melted cheese had hardened. Will not order again.

Provided by SuperpagesPrimos WILL rip you off on to go orders. My wife ordered CHICKEN alredo to go and it didn't have chicken, we thought it was just a mistake. We ordered CHICKEN alfredo to go for each of us on another day and neither of the orders had chicken! Cutting corners to save money loses customers and makes people upset and go online and post our experinces!

Provided by SuperpagesThis is a great place to eat ... great food. The garlic knots a must !! Everything that they make is great. The only donw side is that it is a little pricey for a casual restaurant.

We've ordered from Primo several times. We've eaten in the restaurant as well as ordered take-out. It would be fair to say that the food here is very delicious and authentically Italian. Unfortunatley, the last time we chose take-out they burned the baked ziti we ordered. We didn't find out until we got home. That is totally unacceptable. When I spoke with the manager I asked him would one of his waiters have delivered a burned meal to a customer who was dining in? With their reputation and the quality of their food, we were so suprised that someone in their establishment would try to pawn this off on a customer. I'm giving them 3 out of 5 stars. I'm forgiving and hope to eat there again one day at which time I would love to give them 5 STARS.

Provided by SuperpagesThis is by far the best Italian Food around. They make everything very fresh. I live by them and enjoy trying new places and there sauce is sweet and awesome. I have tried 3 dishes so far and have brought at least 10 different friends just to have them try it. They are getting ready to open a new restaurant in Kempsville. If you travel to Virginia Beach this restaurant is a must.
The Red Mill location has finally opened. I had heard all the "rave" about this place and how good their food was. So, my expectations were now higher than they would have been before all the hype. OMG!!!!!!!! They were absolutely not kidding! I haven't had an authentic calzone in almost 11 years!!!!!! Now I just have to figure out a way to eat there in moderation. My husband said the sub I picked up for him was really good too. I picked up my order so I don't think I can fairly judge their customer service so I'll rate that at another time.
