Volcano Sushi Bar Inc

I wasn't expecting to find this gem of a restaurant locally. The decor was great, the food was great and the service was great. There's not much else to say. If you're looking for really good sushi, this is the place. They serve lightly fried Tempura, and not too salty Miso soup. The house salad was good and they serve alcohol if you so desire. I didn't have to wait very long for my order and I got service with a smile and good conversation. My daughter and I agreed this was an unexpected night out at a really good Japanese restaurant. We chose moderately priced entrees however, less expensive was available. This restaurant is a keeper and I will visit again and again.
