Applecare Warner Robins

Care was adequate, billing is a nightmare. I was told they accepted my insurance. Then re-assured my insurance was accepted. (Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO) BCBS denied claim. Applecare never returned calls when trying to work out issue but are great about sending a bill every month. Its been 6 months and still not resolved and I'm still dealing with insurance and billing.

They never call with results and you have to call several times to get them to respond. Have been going for a year and BP has always been high each time (170/100 range) and they have not changed my medication.



Recently having problems with severe nausea (possible duodenal ulcer). The "physicians assistant' (have only seen Dr. once) recommended an EDG. The office gave no help regarding my insurance. When I checked with an gastroenterologist I was told that I would have to be seen by them and would require a referral. I contacted them over 2 weeks ago regarding this and called several times. I still have not heard back from them. Meanwhile, my symptoms have worsened and I have set up an appt with another doctor.



While the staff seems friendly, they do not seem overly concerned for their patients.



I would NOT recommend them.

They are great! Check out the prices. I have no insurance and can afford this. All of the staff are very nice and helpful. The office is clean from from to back!
