The Macomb Children’s Healthcare Access Program (Macomb CHAP) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the health and well being of Macomb County children. We serve children ages 0-17 who receive health insurance through Medicaid or qualify for Medicaid benefits. Our services include: helping families sign up for Medicaid, finding medical and dental homes for children, free transportation to and from appointments, Foster CARE (Coordination and Resource Education), The Macomb Asthma Prevention Program (MAPP), and more.
Medicaid outreach, Medicaid sign up, assistance finding pediatricians and dentists, asthma education, nutrition education, fitness education, preventative health education, transportation, foster care resources, and other children's health services.

Located on the Southeast corner of Hupp and Marmon in the Max Thompson Family Resource Center. We are near the 9 Mile Road and Hoover intersection in Warren.
