I recently acquired a membership. I throughly enjoy my regular therapist, Denisha. She is wonderful!. She's professional and my massage is always perfect. However, I was recently disappointed with the front desk staff. There was a recent promo for Valentines Day that included a facial and some other perks. There were also complimentary condiments available. I wasn't aware that either was an option. When I inquired to the tall blonde, staff member assisting me about the condiments and facial promo, her reply to me was very cold and rude! I asked how are members made aware of the promo's and her reply was that "You would need to come in to find out, how else would I be informed". I explained to her that when I signed up for my membership I was told that members would get priority info for special pricing discounts and events. I don't like that I was misled, or that the only way for me to get information is to "drop by". In addition to that, never once in my 15 minutes of waiting was I offered complimentary snacks. I will be canceling my membership. I prefer to spend my money where pleasant service is consistent and offered to everyone, not just when they're trying to acquire a membership. This is disappointing because the location is very convenient and the therapist, Denisha, is amazing. But, I will not "pay" for rude service.

The front desk staff are always welcoming, cheerful and very helpful and accommodating, whether in person or on the phone. The atmosphere is very restful and the facilities are always very clean. Cece has been administering my massages since I became a member; she does an excellent job and I always feel so much better afterwards. Follow up with the Hydrobed is an additional pleasure; I highly recommend it. Keep an eye out for the monthly/ seasonal special deals.

I love this place. I feel so at home here. The front desk staff is always glad to see me. I go in as often as I can to enjoy the hydroluxe water bed. It's FREE everyday with your monthly membership where you simply pay for one massage per month. It must be a great place to work, also, since they have great, professional massage therapists with years of experience. I have bought 10 gift certificates for my friends so they can experience this "nirvana" conveniently located at Maple and Orchard Lake Rd next to Plum market! pummyccsvt

Great 1-hour massage with Leon! Felt like a new person when I walked out! I also had a relaxing Hydro Bed session that was an amazing 15 minute experience. Soooo soothing!

I look forward to the days I have a massage scheduled. I am hard on my body from working out and playing competitive soccer and once I get a massage I feel 100% better.

First time here and I must say it exceeded my expectations. Massage was great and the ladies at the front desk are so pleasant to talk to. Will definitely go back since i became a member now. Could not pass the great deal they have going on now.

I got a membership here so that I could use it, they always busy which is a good thing for them! Most recently I used Phyllis and she was very pleasant and accommodating.

I went for the first time last week. I called the day before and they were able to get me in, which is pretty awesome as my schedule is crazy

My Husband surprised me with a massage for my birthday and it was actually one of the best I've had! My masseuse's name was Josh and he is a very technical masseuse which is wonderful for people like myself who have knots in certain spots like under my ahouldwr blades. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. I left feeling like a million bucks!

This place is excellent and very addicting. The two therapist I have had, CeCe and Stacey were exceptional. I would recommend this place to anyone that I meet. From the management to the staff the service I received has been phenomenal. I may be MassageLuXe's best word of mouth advertisement based upon the number of people I have shared my experiences with. MassageLuxe gets 5 stars!!!!

I recommend massage luxe to all my family and friends. Love this place. Everyone is great. The therapist are amazing and know their techniques. The reception area is great too. Never disappointed.
