Courteous dispatchers and a wonderful driver got our young neighbors home from Paoli hospital to WC. Considering their condition the driver had every reason to be hesitant, but by the end of the trip had them feeling a bit better about their situation. They aren't my kids but if they were I'd be glad someone took care of them like that. Completely over and above any cab service I've ever heard of. Rainbow has the nicest cabs, friendliest staff and most prompt service. A+++

Rainbow's senior shared ride service is totally unreliable. Do not believe anything they tell you! When I booked a round-trip airport reservation with a return flight's scheduled arrival in PHL at 9:25 pm, I specifically asked what if the flight was late, I was told they would monitor the flight and meet me even if the flight was late. Call when I get my luggage and am ready for pickup. THEY LIED. Due to a delay, the plane was somewhat late. After receiving my luggage, I called Rainbow at 10:20 pm and got a recording that said if it was before 10:30 pm call again. I kept trying but got no answer. They simply left me stranded at the airport. Long story short, after a very frustrating 40 minutes exploring rental cars and other alternatives, I ended up with an $80 taxi ride to get home. When I complained strongly to Rainbow's owner, he made absolutely no apologies but finally promised to refund the difference between my taxi fare and the expected fee. HE LIED. Refund never received.
