Presidential Car Wash

Wow! I just read what some people have been through and I am glad that didn't happen to me. All I can say is the customer service is poor. The first time I tried it, I wasn't sure what to do. I didn't know I was supposed to get out of the car (not what I'm used to). Eventually, someone with broken English said something about he could tell I was a mom because I was still in the car with my kid. I think that's what he said. But, anyway, I get out of the car (and take my kid with me of course). I watched them quickly vacuum and miss a few places. But, I really just wanted the salt removed from the winter storms we had. The car came out looking like new, so I was happy. It was the next time that I went and they closed before their closing time. I pulled up and an employee told me that they just closed. But, they closed a few minutes early. I was not the only customer--two others had just arrived. I tried again the next day and they were closed before the closing time and their sign stated they close on slow days and to call ahead. Who ever heard of making an appointment for a car wash. Anyway, after reading these I am not paying the extra money with them.

BEWARE!!! Yesterday I took my car to this car wash. The car wash employee put my car on the conveyor (after several attempts) to be washed, he must have left my car in drive because I watched as my car raced through the car wash without the wash taking place, out of the car wash, jumped a curb and only stopped from going into the road bc it hit some bushes. The employees didn't even notice. I was screaming as soon as I realized what was happening. When they finally came over to me, they drove my car off the grassy area and curb and told me my car was fine. I was surrounded by about 6 male employees who ignored my request for the owner or manager. I finally got the cashier inside who said she was the manager and that she heard the yelling but didn't know what happened and didn't come check out what the yelling was about. I called the police to file an accident report which didn't please the manager. The police showed and owner showed. The owner said the car was fine but I could take it to his repair shop to get checked out and they would take care of any repairs. I informed him the my 4.5 month old car would be going to the dealer to be checked out not his place. They gave me a $100 gift card and said to come back and they would detail my car. I will not be back except to give them the bill for repairs. Someone could have been seriously injured and it was clear negligence. I'd give zero star rating if possible. The West Deptford police filed and incident report which will become an accident report once the damaged is assessed since the damage is under the car with only scratches visible on front. ps my car is still dirty.

well if you like employee's drinking and being high driving your car/trucks then all the power to you, cant find any employees or even the supervisor (TOM), either look behind the white fence or go on the other side of the building and your sure to find drinking going on behind the dumpster, Corona and Heineken bottles, don't forget the yelling and cursing by the supervisor Tom I would be more then happy to keep writing bout I don't want to waste any more of my time writing about the place, over all the place sucks, Oh FYI keep your eyes on your car/truck as it comes out of the car wash, cars/trucks tend to hit cause there is no one outside keeping a eye of your car/truck, seen all of this crap going on so this is not just a lot of smoke being blown up your butts

if i could give no stars i would.they denied me a handwash service that they offer.was told ferraris go through here!guess it's there 30 dollar loss

Wow....I caught them stealing my expensive sunglasses. When I talked to management they blew me off! Friends tell me now that they caught them stealing coins!
