San Sauce Chinese Cuisine

ordered online and did not get food. 2 hrs waiting. phone not working was on hold 2 min. finally gave up. not useing tis place again.

Did not get what we ordered. Very unhappy with food quality.No way would order from this place again.

The reviews were kinda harsh about San Sauce but I thought that I would give them a chance anyway. The first time was alright, but it took and hour for our food to show up. The second time we ordered it took an hour and a half and part of our order was wrong. Tonight (03/25/12) was my final attempt. After waiting two and a half hours I called to find out where my order was. I was told that it was out for delivery and should be there in about 15 minutes, but that I could cancel the order and come pick it up myself. I told her that if it was only 15 minutes away then that would be pointless. Thirty minutes later I received a call letting me know it was on the way. When I told the guy that I was already told by someone else thirty minutes before that it was already on it's way, he replied, " I wonder why she would tell you that". I asked to speak to a manager but was told that they were out of town, the same thing they told me the last time I asked to speak with one.

We love the Jordan Landing Sampan. We eat at the restaurant and we have ordered take out too. The food is delicious, the prices are great and we have always gotten great service there. I highly recommend them!

I have ordered take out from them frequently. The food is always excellent, with good sized portions.
