Delicious food but host did not greet, and waitress was very rude. No introduction and had No ambition to save her own tip. The chef personally brought out our food. Had to ask twice for a booster seat drinks and check. Great food but almost not worth dealing with the people

I'm disappointed in the people writing bad reviews. You can even review this place until you have their smothered burritos. They are BY FAR the best smothered burritos I've evee had. Even though the price went up it's well worth it. I dine in and carry out and have never had a bad experience with La Frontera. I highly recommend it.

Provided by SuperpagesThis is a good restaurant though not great. Rice and beans are excellent. Burritos are good but hamburger as beef filling instead of carne asada or shredded beef keeps it off the great list. Although any of their burritos smothered is good. This is a basic mexican meal without alot of splash. A big plus is the cost. It is very inexpensive. The service is also fast. This is a better lunch restaurant than a dinner restaurant, unless you really don't want to cook and want a good meal. Dress is casual.

Provided by SuperpagesI have dined at other Mexican joints in FL to find the same smell, texture, taste, variety, price, and authenticity as I have found in La Frontera.Unfortunetly, I can not find what I am looking for. I can no longer enjoy Mexican food because it will not exceed my expectations. I am looking forward to the day I can go back to UT even if it is for a weekend, only to dine at La Frontera for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and an evening snack. If you have the chance to visit La Frontera, you have got to try the Smoothered Burritos with cheese and their complementary chips and salsa are fantastic especially with a side od refried beans and or guacamole.
