The worst contractor in the history.

First time I called him he said it will cost $500-$600 to fix a leaking rubber roof. Even he said he can't do anything in the rain, he showed up in the middle of the rainstorm. He did some patching and he said it is all fixed. He collected $675- $75 extra for the rubber that does nothing.

I waited for the next rain and we had major leak again. But Ronald wasn't in the rush to come back (he already got his money). It took 3 weeks of calling him almost every day, he would promise that he will show up and then he would disappear- no show no call. Then he would give me another time and would be no show no call again. Finally 3 weeks later he decided to show up, he did some caulking and left. Next rain and the roof is still leaking. It started all over again- he would give me the time and wouldn't show up, wouldn't call.

2 months later my roof is still leaking and Ronald doesn't care, he's enjoying my money, that I have paid for nothing.

I'm filling forms to report him to Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation and looking for a real roofer.
