        Saved my files from the flood. Didn't charge me!

        My house was completely flooded last month and I though I'd lost my hard drive in the flood. The guys at Tune My PC were not only able to recover my files but they didn't charge for their time. I live in Boulder but I will come to them any time.

        Overpriced Jerks!

        Rude, overpriced, and they take forever! I need my computer for my business, and have brought it to them a couple times. They charge a fortune for a tune up and it takes DAYS! There are a ton of great PC repair services... don't bother with these jerks!

        Great Service! No charge for diagnosing my computer

        I wasn't sure what was wrong with my computer and everyone else I called wanted to charge me just to check it out. Gary, the owner, tried to help me over the phone and then when we couldn't fix it, he had me bring it in (he told me he would let me know what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix before I paid anything).Anyhow, after checking it out he gave me a couple options. It was a quick fix and for less than the diagnostic would have been somewhare else. Gary and his tech were great!
