The office is dirty and totally outdated. You have to navigate thru several narrow wood paneling hallways and doorways. It is difficult to get a wheelchair into the tiny room. It was dusty and dirty. The nurse's (not sure if she was a nurse or not...no name badge or introduction) office was piled with books and other stuff piled on the floor and on the desk. I'm pretty sure Jimmy Hoffa might be under one of those piles!
The staff was not very friendly or helpful. It was like they were in a bad mood or I was interrupting them or something. I was the only patient at the clinic, so I cant really blame their mood on being too busy.
Dr Brazil was very knowledgeable and thorough, however, he spent a LOT of time reminiscing about things that happened earlier in his career. I am not so sure that he is up to date on current treatments, and I am really not sure that I would want to have surgery in his office because it is so dirty. I would have liked to have understood what was wrong with me. He talked about so many other things from his career, that my head was spinning. I left frustrated, upset, and confused. There was no follow-up from their office, so I have no idea what to do.
It would make a HUGE difference if they would get some new flooring, paint the walls so they don't look so dark and depressing, and CLEAN and declutter the office. It makes such a negative impression.
