Lowe's Pet Motel & Suites

We have used this business for around 7 years. They have always been helpful. Even around the holidays when they pretty booked, there's not been any issues. In fact we've had our dogs at other pet boaring places any they haven't done well. While our two dogs have been happy to see us, they always have been relaxed and have done well while in their care.

I used them twice. The second time they lost one of my dogs. Stories about when they checked on the dogs were inconsistent, and there is no security.

The owner even told me a child could of walked back there and let my dog out. I mentioned using cameras to findout what happened in the future and all I got as a response was that would cost so much money.

If you are a business owner you chose the business. Don't complain to me about the cost. I didn't pick that job for you. You did.

I wouldn't let them watch my pet rock if I needed it.

Once I picked up my second dog (the one they didn't lose) I never heard from them again. No "We were concerned because we lost your dog or anything".

If you run a kennel can you get worse than losing dogs, not knowing how they got out, and not having secure facilities. I don't think so.
