Artistic Cakes

I ordered a birthday cake. It was specially made and turned out just like I had imagined in my head. Not only that, it was delicious

I have purchased cakes fm:Artistic for about 20+yrs. They make the "BEST" Cakes ever!!!! We love them!! We have a big family n purchase a min. of 1 cake every month!!!!!

Very, very disappointed by Artistics complete lack of customer service, unprofessional behavior, and their inability to communicate. I have been planning a wedding and have some special needs since l live out of state. I called on a Saturday during business hours and explained my situation of living out of state and that I would be unable to come in for a consultation, but I have a picture of the cake I would like (very simple cake). They told me that they were too busy to talk to me! So, I sent my future mother-in-law into their shop. They gave her a quote and an email address for me to contact them. I sent an email confirming the quote and it took 6 days for them to respond. The response said the quote they gave was wrong and that I needed to call them or come in extremely frustrating considering in my email I specifically told them I could not come in and calling would be difficult considering the time difference and their inability to help me last time I called. Very frustrating
