Springwater Resort

We arrived at this establishment at 8:45pm and the bartender was reluctant to serve us the dinner special (prime rib) or even ask the chef cause they only serve till 9... After several requests considering we drove a distance to go there the bartender (also our server) took our order but said they were out of the prime rib special, but offered a ribeye dinner. We didn't feel very welcome at all, yet more like they were doing a favor for us by serving us. Food was decent but not great and we still were charged the same price as if it were a prime rib dinner. Worth the price... No. Customer service was much to be desired...Bartenders attitude was pretty disappointing and comments were quit rude. Was it busy?.. No. Regardless, we still left a generous tip considering one persons attitude should not reflect on the cooks and other workers assuming they share tips. I've been a bartender In the service industry for several years and was awe fully disgusted with the service considering we paid a premium price at this place. We will definitely not be back and will not recommend this place to any of our family or friends that visit the cottage.

Best pizza in the area. Wonderful pomegranite drinks. Roxanne and John are very friendly. Very clean. Almost like Cheers.
