Said they called to confirm, they didn't even have the number I gave them. Cancelled my appointment due to not confirming. Since when is an appointment not an appointment?! The first thing I was told is hygenists schedule fell apart because I didn't confirm, wtf? Very rude and unhelpful, wasted taking a day off of work to get there. They said I had been on the schedule, and then took another patient they said did not have an appointment and saw her while I was wasting 30 minutes to find out they are unreliable. Taking my family somewhere else after this. 0 stars

I couldn't wait for my insurance to change so I didn't have to go to this place anymore. Sam English is not at his practices anymore and when he was he would come in an start working on you like your a piece of meat. He has many offices in the area and it seams as though he rotates these young kids straight out of dental school thru all the offices. I had two fillings done last year and have had nothing but problems since. The young dentist argued with me about how it was not his fault even though I never had any problems before he worked on me. Stay away!

This business ripped me off after being a loyal patient for years. They actually sued me in court for a measly amount after they admitted that they screwed up my mouth, AND STILL WANTED ME TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!!



When I tried to resolve this with the owner, he refused to return my calls or answer my messages. The manager was insistent that he would do whatever it takes to sue me over a trivial amount.



By the way, I my credit score is in the low 800's and I make $150,000 a year. I only say this to illustrate that I have no motivation for not paying my bills. I have always paid my debts, but I don't pay for others mistakes, nor should anybody.



I was not treated like a patient, I was treated like a money source. What would you think if, for example, your mechanic said that you needed a new engine and charged you to replace it, and then told you that he made a mistake and that it only needed a tune up, yet you still had to pay for the new engine that you didn't need? Would you ever go back to that mechanic?



I have never experienced a doctor, of all professions, acting this way and I urge all to find another practice, lest you become another victim like me. It
