Martin Jann Bathroom Remodeling Tub & Tile Refinishing

Tub chipped after 13 months. He refused to repair it even though it was under warranty. Avoid at all costs.

Tub finish dulling at just one month after refinishing, despite following cleaning & maintenance instructions from owner and the fact that the tub does not get used at all. Sought follow up from owner and was extremely dissatisfied. Owner very rude, defensive, accusatory and verbally abusive, with insinuation that this was due to our actions and not his workmanship. Owner refused follow up assessment and actually hung up on me twice. Not what I would expect for all of the money that was spent for this. Recommend looking elsewhere as customer service afterward is equally as important as it is before the check is written.
