They say they can do work and takes your money and then refuses money back when they actually can't and it's their fault. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I'm eager to express my happiness with FAST FEET. I've always had trouble with my feet and as a sales person my job required me to be on my feet all day. My pain level was to the point that I could barely stand without excruciating pain. By luck I noticed FAST FEET at the Concord Mall and decided to go in and speak with the staff to ask them about inserts for my shoes (I was desperate). As it turned out, they put me on their foot analysis machine (a.k.a. the Aetrex) and recommended the appropriate foot inserts. I had immediate relief from the pain. I have since bought more than five pairs of inserts from them and my feet problems are now gone. Thank God for FAST FEET, I'd tried everything and nothing worked until they correctly diagnosed my feet. Their foot machine is a Godsend and surprisingly there isn't one in my foot doctor's office. Since then, I've come to know the staff and the owner and I must say, I've never met a nicer or more knowledgeable group of shoe repair people. Thank

The owner of this company could care less about his costomers .I went down to his shop twice to get a lift in my shoe,for medical reasons,and both times he told me he was to busy and did,nt bother to take an order.One star is being to generous
