These guys are very helpful when it comes to fixing your pool chemistry. They have free water testing in the store and they actually use real tests - they don't just stick a strip in a machine. Sometimes you have to know who to talk to, though. Generally if you request the manager or assistant manager they have a better understanding of the chemicals than the seasonal part-timers, but that's understandable in this kind of business.They also do free repairs on equipment, only charging for parts. It's kind of a pain because you have to bring the equipment to them, but I'd rather just pay for parts than $$$ + parts for a service company to come to my house. They usually get the parts pretty fast since they have so many stores around.And that brings me to the only downside to this store: they don't have service. So if you buy large equipment (Tax-free, mwahaha!), they can't arrange to install it for you. It really isn't that big of a deal to me because I have a service guy already.
