        The staff there are wonderful; they are genuine, friendly and professional. They go above and beyond the call of duty looking out for the clients best interest. I had an uncommon demanding request and they did everything in their power to make it happen thinking and doing "out of the box" where many banks wouldn't even entertain hearing my request. It feels great to encounter genuine & compassionate people in such a large bank; it feels like home!! Thank you Chase Bank on New York Ave in Winter Park for being Exceptional!!!
