The team of staff are very willing to help you, they acknowlege you upon entering the building, they guide you through the whole step and the care is affordable.

Dr. Chasko did a terrible job and won't fix it. 1st appt. took over two hours, when it was supposed to only be 45 minutes. The temp crown that they had me wear was bad unable to eat, chew for an entire week. The second appointment was scheduled on Good Friday, as they were about tp close for the holiday. When the permanent crown was presented to me, I voiced my dissatisfaction w/ the shape imm. I couldn't imagine having to suffer through another week w/the temp crown, so I told them that I wasn't happy and I would have it placed. Followup appt. to address my concern w/the shape of the tooth, in addition, the bite was off, causing pain in other areas of my mouth and also, the spacing was off and saliva was going through the spacing of the two front teeth. He said that there was nothing that he could do regarding the shape of the tooth. Not once did he sound genuine or sincere. Not once did he offer to do a re-do. He allowed me to leave the office once again upset and dissatisfied.

Made my appointment for the wrong date, I came back the next day 7am only to find out they forgot to submit the paper work to the insurance so they cancel the appointment again, like I have nothing better to do.

The office is dirty and outdated, not fair that it's the only place the insurance covers!

So far I'm happy with the doctor who is doing the orthodontist work on my daughter, BUT MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IS SO STRESSFUL!!! I'm either put on hold for an extremely long time, or thrown into a mailbox to leave a message then if I'm lucky I get a call back eventually. This week I have called 3 TIMES to make an appointment with NO LUCK!! Arghhh.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I have been going there for about 7 years now, it was okay before, but nowadays it is AWFUL. I called in to make appointment, they put me on hold for almost 1 hr, yes one hour, it is unacceptable, then without saying anything they hang up. They are so rude and unpleasant

Don't visit them for Orthodontist service. They have the worst customer service at the billing department ever! Too bad for them!!! I used to visit the Winter Park Office (Goldenrod and University) and Allyson which is the Rep at the billing department is horrible!!!!!!! Just changed to Lach Orthodontist!!!!!!!!!

I chose to use this dentist because they are located close to my home and are in the preferred network of my insurance company; overall I found the experience pleasant (at least as pleasant as a dentist visit can be) and the technician was knowledgeable and thorough. I would have given 5 stars if not for the long wait in the waiting room (30 minutes after my scheduled cleaning).

Don't go there! Staff may be friendly, but dental care is sub-par. They put a crown on my broken tooth, but they didn't seat it properly and it didn't fit. Now I have a gigantic cavity under the crown and need a specialist to perform a root canal on the tooth! Subsequent visits to Greenberg did not reveal the problem. Also, they make you set separate appointments for the cleaning and the exam (my current dentist does both in the same visit).

The employees of this dental office, are the most pleasant and friendly dental staff I've ever dealt with. They treat you like family. I've used this dental staff for the last five years and actually enjoyed going to the dentist.
