I I can't say enough good things about Pearl. She helped me refinance my investment property last year and is currently assisting my son in law qualify for a home purchase loan. Pearl is very competent, resourceful, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

She communicated with us regularly to keep us up to date on the progress of the loan. Every member of the company we worked with was pleasant and helpful.
