Jiffy Lube

I drive a company truck for a living. When I arrived, one of the service techs told me that he noticed some chips in my windshield and that one of them was starting to crack. He asked me if I wanted them fixed and I said "no". He then said that he could check with my insurance company to see if they would cover it. I again said "no". He then told me that the cracks will expand to which I told him that they have been there for well over 2 years. As he walked out the door he said "whatever!!". Not knowing that I heard him, I remained seated and was going to wait for them to finish servicing my truck. While in the customer area, 2 customers that had just received service walked back in due to lack of service (one vehicle was not vacuumed, and the other did not have his windows washed and his vehicle was making a noise that it did not make previously)



When completed, I also noticed that my windows were not washed even though the full service receipt said that they had been.



The new "service due" sticker states that my gasoline powered truck is not due for service for another 9,204 miles.



Clearly this particular branch is in serious need of senior management supervision.



This is not the 1st time that I have been to this location. Both times I felt that their service was less than adequate.

We took my truck in for a simple oil change and boy by the time it was done I felt like I had to take my car back to the dealer. I felt that they were very dishonest with me just trying to get that extra sale for commission. I will not be going back to this location any time soon.
