Jake's Bistro & Brew

Was there today with school employees. Many ordered 1/2 sand and soup. Only a couple customers in the rest and yet it took almost one hour to get food! How sad is that?? Am a food server that would never treat my customers that badly.!! Why are you still in business????

My experience started the first time I spoke to someone there and it was a delight to hear a positive and vibrant attitude from the young lady I spoke to. She made me feel like this was a place to try so I ordered something to go. When my wife and I arrived to pick it up we were greeted by the same friendly attitude from another young lady and approached by the owner to see if we were being taken care of. Absolutely great customer service!The food was delicious and we have been back since and very satisfied each time. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a great experience in dining.
