I was having a major powdery mildew issue and needed someone to actually hear me out. John listened to what I was saying and after a good little conversation on ventilation, PM, and guitar I understood my problem and have a personal connection with him. He's actually a pretty cool guy and he remembered my name. But the simple intake that I made after John's advise has basically convinced me that with proper ventilation and upkeep I can prevent that s*** from ever popping back up again. So if you have a PM or a spider mite problem or what-have-you I'd check these guys out. And they're open until 9:00 which really helps me because I get out of work at 7:00, so when there's a problem and I can't wait- these guys are there.
