Had an event here & everything went flawless. We purchased the 5 hour hall rental. We did the 11am-4pm it came with things for the kids to do. We didn't have to pay extra. It was included which was great. The place was big enough and everyone had a good time.

My experience here was awesome. First off they go over everything you need to know about your event. What you need to bring, what you don't need. The staff was super friendly and outgoing. My party was unicorn theme & I added on a decor package. I would totally recommend.

Theyre a bunch of liars!!! Had my my even there over the weekend and they left the place disgusting even though they had promised to give me enough time to set up! They did not care just cuz i didnt purchase the decoration package with them. Totally unprofessional i had to rush everything and my guests had to wait outside!! The owner of the place Danielle is helpess as can be. She was extremely rude and careless. I hope they close this place down!!!

Recently attended a party here and i noticed how the girls had a bad attitude since the beginning. They did not greet anyone coming in, at least as a courtesy. While playing the games with the kids they looked like they didnt want to be there. They were talking to each other and ignoring the kids. At one point they even let the kids standing forming a line not telling them that the games were over. One of the girls yelled at the clown in the middle of his performance and he couldnt finish the show. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The manager never even came in to talk or apologize to the hosts.

How is this even a serious business? Both the owner and her staff are a big joke! Very unprofessional, disrespectful and disorganized. Booked the place for my son's 1st bday party 4 weeks in advance, the owner never had time to discuss with me the details even after several attempts, until finally we reached out to her the very same week of the party. She rushed to put everything together at the last min. The girls working for her are horrible, very rude and ironically enough not kid friendly at all. They should hire a completely new set of “entertainers” and the owner should fix her attitude. I spent so much money and my son’s party was ruined.

Are you willing to spend over $2000 (CASH) on a rental place where you can make ZERO noise, because it might upset the neighbors? Are you ready to go back and forth with the girls about everything, because apparently anything you ask for, their answer is always NO! "No, we cannot move a table. No, we cannot cut the cake there. No, we cannot turn the AC on. No, you cannot be so loud"
If so, then please do not hesitate to book Party Disasters. They're great at it! They'll make you remember your child's first birthday celebration as a major fiasco for the rest of your life!
Lets not forget about the business owner Danielle Gaviglia, who is less than likely to care about her clients and more likely to push you out her way when a customer seems unhappy with her services/employees. She'll stand her ground and not work with you to mend things, on the contrary she will call you nonstop until she has yelled at you enough and then lie her way out of the problem.
Please, do not be fooled by the "beautiful decor" because behind every package, there is a sneaky contract to suck you in and back her up whenever she desires.
Great customer service, a generous return policy, friendly staff and flexibility are some of the common characteristics of businesses that do well, this one unfortunately does not possess any.

They need to improve but owner see to be open mind to make positive changes. Looking forward to see the uodated

Loved the entertainment that came to my 2 year olds birthday. It was a spiderman theme and they were hired to do a magic show, face painting and balloons. They were really good with the kids, very friendly. Loved it

I like to thank the owner of party solvers. This year for my daughters 4th birthday we decided to do a big birthday. My daughter is very sick, I wanted everything to be perfect. Danielle walked me through everything. She helped me plan detail to detail. I really was grateful to get all the help I did. She made sure everything was organized and in line for this special day. I would recommend this place, they made me feel very comfortable. The theme was frozen, of course Elsa came. She was awesome, friendly, and beautiful. The dress was so cute and all the girls really had a good time.
