The past few years have been very trying for me. I went three years without a job and had no money coming in after I went through my 401k money. I was in need of a newer car (I have driven my Ford Explorer for thirteen years). The time came for me to get my nerve up, set aside my pride and attempt getting a car. I was just sure that my credit rating would ruin any chance of me getting a car loan. After hearing ads for Car Smart and hearing Ted's Pledge to the People I decided to give it a shot. I am thrilled that I did. The whole process was painless, I never felt embarrassed and I drove off in a very nice, 2011 car. Throughout the process I was assured that Ted would not let me get into a car that was too expensive for me. I was completely satisfied with the entire experience, Tulsa was so easy going and it was obvious that Ted was looking for the best deal for me. I will recommend him to anyone I talk to about buying cars.

I went in thinking I would be coming home with the same vehicle I arrived in! Mike was great help in finding me a newer car, that fits within my budget. He and the rest of the staff took their time, patiently answering my long list of questions about the financing and the specifics of the sales contract. This was during a BUSY Saturday. Not once did they act like they were too busy to help me! I'm very happy with my purchase and have already recommended them to several people!!

I went in with low expectations and ended up a very happy driver of a new car that was much nicer than I expected. Butch listened to what I needed and that's what I got! I will go back again and definitely send people their way who have the same issues that I did getting approved for a car loan.

I think these guys are great! I wasn't really sure if i could get approved for a nicer newer vehicle. Car Smart made it happen and found us a good deal on a nice dependable car. Its a great environment for kids, they have a movie theater in there where the kids can watch cartoons while you handle the car buying process. They helped me get a second chance on buying a vehicle. I heard the radio ad and checked out the reviews. I thought there was no way they could have so many good reviews - I was wrong. My sales person was Chris and I was the BEST car buying exp. that I have had. It was fast and had a great place for the kids to hang out. The next time I go to buy a car I will be back.

i was greeted when i arrived for my appointed within 3min they took all my information. After having a bankrupcy they were working had with the baks and got me approved. Mike Baker was awesome with all my questions and showing me around to all the suv's. he was not like most car dealer trying to put you in something you didn't want. i had alot of choose and had to make my own choose great people

The best car buying experience I have ever had. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole of buying the vehicle took about 2 hrs, from choosing the vehicle to getting financed. They even included the sales tax. Would recommend them to everyone.

I was on a very tight time crunch because of work when I went into car smart. Not only did I drive out of the lot with a new car but I was given superb customer service in my short time frame. This was a very pleasant car buying experience. My sales rep Jessie was helpful and efficient in getting me into a newer vehicle with a better payment. Their finance guys did a great job. If your credit is less than pristine they can still work with you! I would definitely recommend Car Smart to anyone who wants to purchase a quality used vehicle. I'm lovin my Camry!!!!!

Had the best experience here! Dealership and sales people were so laid back, no pressure! They even had a room with a big screen tv playing Madagascar 3 for the kids! Left with the car I wanted and will definatley go back!

When i walked into Carsmart Mike Said how can i help you i said Betsy died Miike said ,well lets get you a new Betsy. I got a new Betsy but only now her name is King i Love Love Love my new car.
