As a result of Sarah's excellent service, I will refer CarSmart to anyone looking to buy a car. My shopping for a car experience exceeds way beyond I've ever had before with any other dealership. I was made feel at home and comfortable, no pressures. Everyone there was pleasant and professional. I walked out happy and content with the car I've always wanted for a good and reasonable price. I recommend CarSmart to anyone looking for a good deal. Thanks Carsmart!

I was very nervous walking into Carsmart, and that all kind of faded away as soon as I got thru the door. Everyone there was so nice and friendly! They did everything possible to get me into a car tofit my family. I was very suprised when they told me what the payments were going to be. I thought for sure with my credit score I would have had a huge monthly payment, VERY UNTRUE. I am so happy with my new car!! I am going to tell all my friends to come to Carsmart! Ted Heater really IS a dealer for the people!!

This place is awesome to get a car...I have crappy credit becuase of my past and have been working hard to get it back to where it was before my divorce, repo and chapter 7...needless to say not many people would take a chance with me without a TON of money down...Carsmart had the nicest people working there...it took a little bit but Ted talked to the lenders and got me the car I needed and wanted with a payment I can afford!!!! Thanks to everyone who worked soooo hard to get me and my daughters the vehicle we needed!!!! SEND EVERYONE YOU KNOW THEY WON'T BE SORRY!!! :0)

I heard the ad on the radio and really thought it was to good to be true, so I called in and spoke with Courtney and went thru a pre qualification process. I found out that there were lenders willing to help me, so i set an appointment to come in to the dealership. I arrived at Carsmart and was greeted with smiling faces and people who were willing to help me. I came in with less than perfect credit to say the least. I also came in with a hope of getting into a certain vehicle but was afraid that my credit wouldn't let me..... After submitting my information to the finance department i got a quick response that I was approved for the car that I was hoping for and also with a monthly payment that I could afford. This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had!!!



I will soon be looking to get my son a vehicle and there is no doubt that we will be coming to Carsmart!

Our amazing encounter with CarSmart has changed our outlook! PRIOR TO CarSmart, car buying was always a horrible experience for me. The car salesmen always made me feel uncomfortable by the way that they swarm you, and chase you around. BUT, my experience with CARSMART WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT. We had just gone through bankruptcy, and were trying to re-establish our credit. Mike Baker from CarSmart said he could help us, but we were thinking, "Yeah, right." But when we went down to talk to him, the experience we had was outstanding. The salesmen didn't swarm us, and Mike let us take our time. We found a vehicle that was ONE YEAR OLD that we absolutely fell in love with, but figured the payments would be way out of range. Mike did a budget and our PAYMENT WAS COMPARABLE TO OUR 2006! Mike got us with a good lender, but when we thought that there might be a problem, the OWNER HIMSELF, TED HEATER, got involved, and was VERY WARM AND COMPASSIONATE to our situation. He was able to work everything out for us. WE GOT THE CAR WE WANTED AND THERE WAS NO HASSLE. Our experience with CarSmart was totally awesome. We love our new car, and when our needs change, we won't hesitate to go back to CarSmart. WE WON'T DEAL WITH ANYONE ELSE. THANKS, MIKE BAKER AND TED HEATER! This place lies! Commercial says 5 cents down and a job gets you into a car. I have both, but yet I still wasn't able to get into one. When I said something about it, the lady acted like she was pissed because I had something to say about it. Don't advertise something if it's a lie, and if there is some conditions along with the deal, state that. I also asked the lady if she was trying to tell me I was wasted me time and gas. Her answer was basically NO. Obviously I did. LIARS

This dealership is Awesome. Have you ever had the feeling that you were buying something only because the salesmen was showing you only what they wanted you to get? Well not at Car Smart! My sales associate walked down every last aisle with me disscussing my options and allowed me to feel comfortable with my desciion. Whether it was yes or no! When I finally decided on a car to test drive I already knew I wanted it. The best thing about this experience was the knowledge of my credit and how I am buying this car to improve my credit score in the future.

Its okay. Pros: The used car sales woman was very nice. She was as helpful as she could possibly be. This was one of the few places you could put your money down and 'save' a car to 'think about it' and actually get your money back. MOST OTHER USED DEALERS WILL NEVER ALLOW 'SAVING' A CAR - THEY WILL ONLY ALLOW A DOWN PAYMENT TO BUY A USED CAR. THIS WAS AWESOME!!! Cons: The prices are average to good (at least they are not bad). Biggest con: They only allow a mechanic to visit because they claim their cars have been through a 101 point inspection. I wanted to take the car to a mechanic to be lifted up to see the entire underside and undergo a full inspection - IT WAS ONLY ALLOWED FOR A TEST DRIVE. What is that all about??? In the end ......... moral of the story? This is a hit or miss. You may get a great car - you may not..... That is the reality.
