Quick, easy battery replacement and link removal on two watches...set the time and date on them too. Literally was there 5 minutes. Couldn't have asked for better service!

The clasp of my watch snapped off and I needed a small rod repair, and frankly I didn't know how much this would cost. My watch is far from fancy, but the idea of taking the TIME (no pun intended) to find a new one made me cringe. I went to a nearby watch and jewelry repair and they basically rejected me, advising me that, and I quote, "why fix this? you can get a watch like this at Ross for $20" Um, Nordstrom is more my jam, lady.

Anyhow, I walked into Apr57 for a second opinion and I was greeted with a big smile and positive attitude from the owner. No snarky comments (I know I don't have a Rolex!) and frankly, his friendly demeanor and desire to help put me at ease. Right on the spot he checked to see if he had the right piece - he did! - and fixed it at a super reasonable price. Great service and a great final product makes me want to tell everyone they need to come here for anything watch related!!

I happened upon this fine store 6 months ago and I could not be more pleased. I needed batteries for my watches and they are replaced immediately with a smile and warm reception. I chose to purchase a watch from a great selection rather than repair and I could not have made a better choice. This is a great place to do business!

David Lee knows his watches! I purchased a pre-owed Rolex from the jewelry exchange a few months ago. I brought it to APR57 to get check it authenticity. David Lee was able to explain to me everything I need to know about my watch. I agreed to get it serviced because it was APR57. He let me know that I would be about 1 1/2 weeks till I would have it back. Lucky for me it was done within a week. Perfect for me because I missed it the moment I dropped it off! Now I know it's authentic, cleaned inside and out, and I have someone I can trust with it.

What a phenomenal business! My beloved Tag Heuer dive watch stopped keeping time. I travel frequently and dropped it off Monday to return Thursday to a beautifully clean, working watch. David explained what he did and offered me the original parts. Superb service, great location and very fair pricing.

David, the owner says he likes his job, and it obviously shows. My leather watch band gave up the ghost, and gone are the days when every corner drug store sold inexpensive replacements. This establishment can provide top of the line leather and metal bands, but less expensive yet high quality goods are also available. Best of all, David happily and quickly installs the replacement at no additional cost.
There are lots of beautiful watches for sale for those who like an exquisite time piece, and repair service is also available. David and his shop really rocks!

I went in today before noon and called prior for a quote and David gave me a great price. Very professional and to the point. Other places I called were sketchy with pricing when I asked about sizing and watch and David provided me with the quote over the phone and stood by his word when I got the service. I highly recommend this place.....
