I am so grateful for Fred Smith Plumbing & Heating for being able to fix my heating system. It is a big relief for me!There were at least three other companies that we had contacted to deal with the problem over the last year. They all suggested different things and none of them were able to solve the problem. Then fortunately a friend referred me to your company.He sent over someone right away who was evidently a lot more knowledgeable and experienced than any of the other "specialists" who set foot in my apartment. These guys are great!!! Put it this way, they know how to unclog hair out of a drain. Living in a house full of women, this happens all the time. They have saved me a few times. Fast and courteous service.

Dear Mr. Kraus, Many times people write to complain when they think something might not be right, however, we forget to say "thank you" when things do go right.

They are fabulous. We needed a plumbing job done quick on a condo and they came out the same day I called, assessed the problem, went off to buy parts, which they didn't have, he called every supplier he knew of to try and get the part we needed. In the end, we had to order it, but the second they were in he called and was in to fix the problem. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, the technician that did the job was also friendly, professional, thorough, experienced, neat and even cleaned up after himself. 5 stars!
